1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using PokerLens, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License

PokerLens is licensed, not sold. Gutterbugs Limited grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the PokerLens desktop application on your own computer. You may not redistribute, reverse engineer, or resell the software.

3. Acceptable use

• PokerLens is a study tool. You may use it to analyse your own play.
• You may NOT use PokerLens to gain unfair advantage over other players in real-time (e.g., live HUD on tables where prohibited by the poker site's Terms of Service).
• You are responsible for complying with PokerStars' Terms of Service regarding third-party tools. PokerStars' rules on HUDs and tracking software vary by game type and may change. Check the current rules at pokerstars.com.
• You may not use PokerLens to process other players' hand histories without their consent.

4. Subscriptions and credits

Free tier: Includes deterministic features (stats, graphs, HUD, Leak of the Week). No AI features are included. No time limit.

Pro subscription (£19/month): Includes 300 AI coach questions per billing month. Unused questions do not roll over. Subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Credit packs: One-time purchases of AI credits. Credits never expire. Credits are consumed before monthly allowance on paid plans.

Refunds: If you experience a technical issue that prevents the software from functioning, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Beyond 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

5. No financial advice

PokerLens provides analytical insights and coaching suggestions based on hand history data. These insights are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or gambling advice. Poker is a game of skill and chance; past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

PokerLens is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Gutterbugs Limited is not liable for any losses (direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise) arising from the use of PokerLens, including but not limited to gambling losses, lost data, or business interruption. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Data and privacy

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. Your hand history data stays on your machine. AI coaching calls are processed via our servers when using server-managed credits.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users via email for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
